2018 Ohana Fit Fest presented by Wilcox Health

Challenge yourself or do it just for fun!

Run the 5K or the 10K, or walk the 5K. Obstacles along the way will test you. You’ll climb and crawl, and test your coordination and balance. Sunny or rainy (and fun in the mud!), the race is a go on the Wai Koa Loop trail.

Have fun. Or challenge yourself (and have fun). For the 5K and 10K Run, medals go to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in each age division by gender.

Ohana Fit Fest gives back to the community.

The Kaua’i North Shore Community Foundation created its Fit Fund to give grants to non-profits with a focus on health and wellness. Proceeds of the 2018 Ohana Fit Fest fund the Fit Fund; priority will be given to organizations affected by the April 2018 Kauai flood.
